How might I go about outputting a picture in my directory to a separate window?
Designing a music theory program and want to be able to look at key signatures and musical examples. Thanks

Your question is not entirely clear to me. Are you writing a GUI application in which you want to show pictures?
If so, which GUI framework are you using?
