Window Menubar functions

Hello all.

This is a problem which I CANNOT find the answer to. Please help me out!!
So I basically want to be able to open up a '.exe' if I click the menu item (for example on line 138) and also edit the window size itself if the user clicks the menu item (for example on line 161.)
Thank you.
Dowzer721.
Also can someone line 34 please!
