you're missing the closing brace to line 67. I don't mean to sound rude or anything but your indentation is just awful. If you have it indent inside of each code block it is a lot easier to tell when you are missing a brace. Also you shouldn't read until it reaches the end of the file. You should read until there are any errors by taking advantage of the bool operator that is overloaded. SO in other words while(std::getline(input, output)) or while(input >> output)

By the way why are some of your files .txt.txt?

P.S. the error on line 71 you should have noticed is that eof is a function so it needs parenthesis () at the end.

You also have a bunch of arbitrary stuff in the global namespace.

I don't think you read anything I said.. Instead of putting a closing brace } you put another starting brace { right before the other one. I would suggest you try to understand the compiler errors.

VIEWPATIENTSRECORD ends at line 126. Then you have a bunch of code at lines 132-175 that doesn't belong to any function. Where does this code go?
