Write a program to find the date of the monday which comes after the third friday of the nearest month.
Input : yyyy,mm,dd,Day
Output : yyyy,mm,dd,Monday

You can't answer because it makes no sense.
For example if you input november for the month, then what is the nearest month to this?? October? December?? Nearest month to what?? it's complete nonsense.
