Web dev question
Hey all,
I know this probably isn't the best place to post this but I figure it's a beginner question so may as well haha. Basically I'm (relatively) new to the programming world. I have experience in c++ and C#, but am completely oblivious to website development. I need to make a website that looks sleek, has a backend login for users, and has a video player. Should I make all the visual assets from scratch or is there a go to place for these sorts of things?
Any tutorials/resources for professional website development would be greatly appreciated. I'm just not certain where to start. Thanks for the help
