The first problem is in line 51 and 52... You made NUM_HOUR a constant, then try to change it with cin in 75... and in 149...

Look how employee is used...

cout << "Enter their title: ";
					  cin >> employee[i].pData.title;
					  cout << "" << endl;
					  cout << "Enter the hours worked: ";
					  cin >> employee[i].hoursWorked;

					  // If hours worked is less than 0 or greater than 80, show error message
					  while (employee.hoursWorked < 0 || employee.hoursWorked > 80)
					  {
						  cout << "Incorrect input!" << endl;
						  cout << "" << endl;

You go from an element (Employee[i]... to an object employee.hoursworked.

Okay, now it compiles but it only asks for the first name then exits out of the program..

Really? It asks me for names of the hourly, then salaried...

Try cleaning your project, rebuild it from scratch.
