I need help with functions and arrays!

I am trying to create a program that will print multiple rows of lottery pick basically, the number of sets is determined by user, of 6 numbers. The first five with be random from 1 to 75 and found by a separate function, also checking that they havnt been used, called by the main, the 6th is 1 to 15 done right there in main. The main will also request user to assign the amount of sets of numbers. The main will also call for one more function to display the array. All this back and forth has me very very confused. Please help.
