Access SQL Server witch c++.net

Hello,
I'm new to programming with c ++. Net. I use lots of C #.

I started in new job has an application developed in c ++. Net(VS2008) that read some information from a .txt file. I would like to pass to SQL server.

Someone would have a full example to pass me.
