first step of a game

Okay so obviously I want to make a game. I already have a child window type thing, Which wasn't hard.. 2 clicks or so?

But I was wondering.. How do I make the window Full view.. Without the toolbar at the top and your start menu on the bottom.

Well I don't quite know what you mean because im new but.. I'll give it my best shot.
I'm using Dev-C++ and it's a windows application. Or .. .NET 3.5 Framework?
