What do i need to make a 2d simple game

i know the basics of c++ and i want to make a simple game with graphics but i dont know here to start i use codeblocks to write the code bu ti dont know how to make a game with grapichs , so if you guys have a tutorial or know how to do it please tell me i would be very gratefull :)

You'll need a library like SFML, SDL, etc.

I recommend SFML:

Get version 2.0, it's the most recent and it's basically complete.
