Combining mortgage .cpp with Banking .cpp

I have two applications that complete different activities, one is a simple banking program and the other is a mortgage application program. I am trying to combine the two so that the mortgage application program can be accessed from the main menu in the banking application. The first code is the banking program and the second is the mortgage program. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
