Binary files with function
Write a modular C++ program that includes the following functions:
A functions to :
1. Create a Binary file.
2. Check if the Binary file exist.
3. Populate the Binary file at the users request (1 Record at the time).
4. Display the contents of the file.
5. Append a record to the file.
6. Delete a record from the file.
7. Search for a certain Record in the file
8. Modify a certain record
9. Sort the file (Extra Credit)
10. Wipe out the contents of the file, include a warning msg and a confirmation from the user.
