Need help with Allegro!!

I need help with Allegro 5.
All I need help with is Installing it.
Right now I have a Windows 7 Ultimate machine. (64 Bit)
I don't know how to install it at all.
My book (Game Programming All in One / Edition 3) Won't tell me how to install it.
Any help would be nice!
