2 Classes and interface Class HELP PLEASE.

WITH THIS PROGRAM I HAD TO ADD A BENEFITS CLASS AND AN EMPLOYEE INTERFACE. BUT IT WONT ACCEPT ANYTHING FROM THE BENEFIT ADDED TO THE EMPLOYEE CLASS. WHAT AM I MISSING??
