nesting algorithm

i have problem with this algorithm (nesting)
my nesting is 2d i want to creat a big rectangle with Dimension from user
and creat Some small rectangles with Dimension from user,
now app should put small rectangles in big rectangle with nesting algorithm
what should i do please help me.
