Please I need help with this, it's an assignment..thanks..
"The bank of Africa is giving loans. People should be able to qualify for the loan and when when the loner applies for 5000$, he or she is charged 10% interest, 7000$, 25% interest and 10000$, 35% interest paid back within a year.
