Making a win32 api program from a console program

So I'm using Dev C++ (Orwell update 5.6.1) and i have this code here to search for the code in a database file:

I need to make it so that the console program uses the things i have in my gui code like the text boxes, buttons, etc. but to do the same function as the console code, which is if you input text (and when converted to the gui, in the gui push the submit button) then it will respond as you can see in the console code, so please help me combine these codes, I'm stuck! --Any help appreciated
