Image on CMD

Hi,i would like to know if it possible to "run" an image through CMD.In other words i want that image to be opened on CMD.

BTW the image which i am more intrestede is GIF files.

Hello Argy.

Im sorry to so but it should be basic knowledge that a CMD can only display text in a variation of (forground and background) colors.

however if you dont really want to see the image but do some minor convertions it would be possible.
