Running a 2013 project in 2012 Visual Studio

I ran out of my trial period for VS2013, I didn't think it was trial b/c I got it from the school. I downloaded VS2012 and it is not allowing me to run any 2013 projects. Is there a way to override projects? My VS2012 is definitely the full package copy no trial version btw.

VS2013 is free if you get the Express version. It won't ever expire.

If you want to use VS2012, you'll probably have to downgrade the projects. There might be a tool to do this somewhere on the net.
