Hi, I'm using Eclipse for C++, with mingw compiler, where g++ uses same strategy as VS2010, meaning it compiles the program, but should you run it at another computer it won't work(dlls missing) so I've found a way to link them staticaly(using -static-libstdc++) which not only gives a duplicate section error, but also causes a simple program to be about 1.5MB in size!

Since I've got access to a VS2010 I've tried the same thing there(/MT instead of /MD, but it gives a ton of errors (after using /NODEFAULTLIB:msvcrt.lib /NODEFAULTLIB:msvcprt.lib as hinted):
