An online help with scripts..?

Hello, geniuses!
I'm no pro nor am I too qualified programmer
but very interested in programming C++.
My backgroud is some light operations with
Linux shells, I prefer CShell, and this year I
installed FreeBSD which seems quite different
from Linux.

What I need and humbly ask your help with
scripts. The question is could I find an
online help like www.explainshell.com is?
I mean an online help that explains a script
as soon as it is written? The shell help is of
no use with C++.

Well generally the code snippets on here are quite verbose in explaining the purpose of the code. Reading the tutorial on here is enough to understand what everyline specifically does. Code can be a bit too complex for an automated analyser to draw conclusions.
Ok, thank you Krisando!
Well, frankly that's what I felt while I was learning the shells.. sometimes the online site helped, usually not, and when it did, it was just a bit, but it was better than notjhing. You see, I have no skilled friends around here.
