You can right click the console window bar and in properties change the font a bit, not sure if you can distribute it with the font though...

In the console, but why would that not be possible? I only want certain Text font size changed.

The console window is just not meant for this, although it is probably possible (but not simple to do).
If you want nice looking text in a console then better get a graphics library, make a window that looks like a console window and mess around with that.
