Calculate mean, variance and standart deviation

I need to know how can I read an archive csv to c++ with 30 points of longitude and latitude and after calculate mean, variance and standart deviation

Your best way of going about it is to do a search on this site or google it. There are probably thousands of sources and samples. Key words might be csv and c++
