Median, mode, range, average calculator

I made this program that makes you enter some numbers and then puts the mumbers in order. It also calculates the median, average, range, mode.

I would like you guys to review my code for anything able to be improved.

Also my program doesn't seem to be calculating the "mode" correctly. It calculates the mode as the largest number instead unless there are numerous amounts of a number.

Should be :
while ((std::toupper(doAgain) != "Y") && (std::toupper(doAgain) != "N"))

Which library is std::toupper in?
Either the header #include <cctype> or the header #include <clocale>.
