Stack and queues without libraries

I have been asked to develop a stack and a queue for their main flagship OS, Windowless 9.
No library code should be used apart from iostream.
I am having difficulty beginning these programs, does anyone have any helpful websites that would guide me through creating a stack and queue without libraries or even any examples or help? Thanks in advance.
