Rules to follow

1 The application will be developed with the C ++ programming language
2 An object (SayiOyunu) name will be created
3 (Game_Number) The object will contain functions ;GenerateNumber,
NumberList, NumberControl, GameFinish

4 Functions Tasks

GenerateNumber ; At the beginning of the game, the numbers will be used to generate 4-digit numbers that are different from each other

NumberList ;It will be used by the user to request a number and process the count entered.

NumberControl; By comparing the number entered and the number in memory

GameFinish ;If the user finds the correct number, the program will indicate that the game is over.

5 The number produced must consist of the
four digits {0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9}

6 The numbers in the produced number should be different from each other. The first digit of the generated number should not be 0.
