I have started to write a console chess, and I wanted to get help from fellow programmers and people more skilled than me.

Where can I submit my code so it can be reviewed?

I want to improve my skills in programming concepts by learning what could have been done better or what I did wrong in my code.

Any help is appreciated.

Well, the best thing to do is post it here. Please make sure you use code tags ( select all your program and press <> in the toolbox on the right ) and the code is properly indented. That way your program is more likely to attract some comment.
