Is there any code for a backdoor-network-console

For my c++ program I need some kind of backdoor network console.
Can somebody point me, are there some general code / lib?

I forget, is wireshark opensource? Something like that? I am sure whatever it is has been done before if looking for legal, normal-use case tools.

What exactly are you trying to do? These words do not mean much to anyone else.
