error MSB6006: "cmd.exe" exited with code 3

When I attempt to build a solution in MS Visual Studio 2010 I am receiving this error.

C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft.Cpp\v4.0\Microsoft.CppCommon.targets(151,5): error MSB6006: "cmd.exe" exited with code 3.

I am new to c++ and Microsoft Visual Studio. I would appreciate any light you could shed on the situation. I will post the output from the build below.

You probably have some stack overflow or some other memory leak, base on my experiences with "error code 3". (useless error message)
