hello im fairly new to c++ but i am learning pretty quickly so i was wondering how hard would it be to make an app for a mobile device with c++ what could take in a 3G carrier signal then braodcast it in a wifi network. how complicated would this app be.

I did an app using sdk java in Eclipse for android. Could be a way to get started, if you feel lost now.
