Is 'Qt Quick' worthy to migrate to?
Hi
Recently, I got familiar with 'Qt Quick' toolset from Nokia to design pretty and intuitive user interfaces. But, it requires me to learn scripting languages QML and JavaScript. I ckecked some of the examples around 'Qt Quick' and realized that designing UI using the scripting language and Qt designer is not a simple-to-catch method like what we have in MS Visual Studio.
I am asking to know if it is a complete and not-so-hard to learn solution to use it as an alternative to the other Skin creation kits found on the net.
The thing I really want is a user interface development kit which helps me to create desktop GUIs that are not possible to create using standard packages such as Qt Designer. I am focused on using 'Qt' as the basis language for my project.
Please help me.
