1- write c++ program that converts a given number of inches into the equivalent length in centimeters by reading the value of inches from a file and write the centimeters to another file (output.txt)

2- write c++ program that contains function ytom() to convert yead to meters and mtoy() meters to yeard
1 yeard=0.9114 kilometer
