QT with Eclipse and Visual Studio

Hello there,
im starting with C++ and i just wanted to try out the existing IDE's..i am a java developer, and i love Eclipse. Because of that i installed the CDT ( Eclipse with c++ support) and installed MingW..i can compile c++ projects.
I have also MS Visual Studio 2010 installed, and installed QT with the visual studio command prompt.

In Eclipse, if i try to develop something QT related, it doesnt find the QT code. I think this is because i did the QT installation within the Visual studio command prompt.
"configure and then nmake"
How do i install QT for eclipse? I know that the QT Plugin is ( for some reason ) not available on any QT related sites...
can anyone help me?
