Spanish software company sited near to Barcelona need a C++ architect to work full time in a big project. The candidate will design the system architecture, coordinate the development of a group of programmers, will write the instructions and the development plan, will review the code written by his group, and will deal with the timings to notify the CEO in case of problems. He will report directly to the development manager, and will work with him in solving problems. From time to time he will support customers with technical issues, as well as work in developments.

We require demonstrable experience in C++. We will appreciate experience in Windows and Macintosh platforms, knowledge of SOAP, XML, XSL and databases, and knowledge of publishing industry (books and/or newspapers).

English and Spanish, spoken and written, are required.
