I am at the very begging but I want to learn doing business software.
I have no experience at all just what I do at home.
I currently work in visual c++

The best option is to do an internship with a software company. There are several companies that offer that, and usually, they are in touch with the placement office of your college/university. So contact the placement office.

I am not in college

How far along are you? Do you know anything about basic Classes and pointers?

Theoretically I know a lot. I learned almost everything I need to learn, but when it comes to write a code I get stocked. For eg. I want to make an application with directx. I know what I have to do but when it comes to write the code I don't know where to put it.
Is the same with classes . I know how to write them but I do not have experience to use them.
