Agile Application Developers Wanted for Hedge Fund Group

I have a unique requirement for a strong developer to work with a Hedge Fund that have grown exponentially under recent market turbulence and keen to capitalise on the talent of strong developers who have built a recent track record of proprietary application development. I am looking for an individual who developed an early interest in coding (pre-university) and has developed that into a passion for creating agile applications and robust code within creative environments. Strong applicants will be versed in any object oriented programming language covering higher level code with a commercial exposure in environments that foster intellectual development and capability. C++, Java, VB, C# or related languages should be seen as secondary tools toward the end result of creating long-lasting and efficient systems and you should be interested in working in a culture that is interested in getting things right first time (rather than hacking poor code after the fact). Successful applicants will be educated to MSc/PhD level or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics or mathematical disciplines at top-tier global institutes (e.g Russell Group, Ivey League etc).
