If you worked with C++ for at least 4 years and not even working on it now
If you have a fairly stable resume, not 1 year consulting jobs
If you are a technical star waiting to shine, we are waiting for you
Even if you have moved on to .net or Java, thats fine
Strong UNIX/LINUX a must
Financial experience is not a must but a plus
FIX protocol would be nice if you have financial
