What do you mean by that? Does X.org X11 count?

We use RHEL5 at work and it uses X11 for a few tools. I would imagine the free equivalents such as CentOS might use it too

X11 is the protocol, X.Org is the implementation -- which pretty much every linux distro uses as a basis for graphics and windowing.
