It depends on what you want to accomplish. No person knows everything about C++.

Yea, no one knows all about C++, not even the creator. Same with C, Java, Lua, Ruby, Python, etc.

That's not the point. Just because you know everything about a language and how it works does not mean you know how to solve every programming problem.
