In The Matrix: Reloaded, Trinity uses Nmap to scan ports, showing that port 22 (ssh) is exposed and uses a well known exploit to gain access to the system (http://www.securityfocus.com/bid/2347).

I also found the "hacking" scenes from "The Social Network" were also really well done.
that dredd film was good, it managed to get something the comic does well, mama kicks ass.
