cppreference dissappearing text

So the last couple months or so I have been experiencing a strange issue with cppreference.com where some or all of the text on the page would be the same color as the background. Here is an example:

It can happen on any page, including the main page. Sometimes refreshing the page fixes it, other times refreshing the page makes it worse.

I'm using Chrome. Is anyone else having this issue or know what might be causing it? I suspect it may have something to do with not being able to load the stylesheet correctly.

im using chrome on windows and it appears to work fine for me. have you tried viewing it in another browser (for testing)? there is also browsershots.org

(I think it would be impolite to use cplusplus.com as a support forum for the competitor website)
