Not at all. By proper I meant legally as in it will hold up legally in court if someone breaks the license and you decide to take action over it. I remember reading a discussion a few years back about how people were making up licenses and passing them off as actual licenses. So make sure you are using proper legal licenses (which the ones discussed so far have all been legal).
