Perception of time when you're tired

I have noticed that when I am tired, things seem to be faster. I notice it especially when listening to music - songs sound slightly faster than normal when I am very tired. Has anyone else experienced this?

It's due to memory, if I recall. That's why adrenaline-filled experiences feel longer, as if time is slowing down- you remember more of it relative to the rest of your experiences. Doesn't make time actually slow down, of course. This is just the opposite- you are tired, so your brain is winding down- hence, you remember less. This creates more gaps, which makes things feel like they're going faster. It's almost like a camera's framerate- if you play x number of frames a second, the camera with a higher framerate will be slower- a camera with a slower framerate will be faster. Your memory works in the same way.
