The fact that MSDN has documentation on non-Microsoft products is, in and of itself, strange. Wanting them to go further? I think that's asking quite a bit.

What kind of documentation are you looking for?
I use Code::Blocks with the 2010, 2012 and 2013 versions of Microsoft s tool chain on a daily basis without issue. I don't remember having any trouble with using 2010 on Eclipse. Your question is just to vague for me to say whether or not I support it.

I would say Jetbrains should have documentation on using TFS. Not the other way around.
