Instruments :D

Just wondered if there was anyone here who plays an instrument or instruments. And whats your favourite peice to play . Love playing my piano and harmonica haha ;) Have many favourites, still to choose one :)
I like to play guitar, my favourite piece to play is my own work called "Moonlight over the promenade" in Ab. It's very depressing, but with a hint of hope. I have written a musical score for a violin to play alongside, I just can't play a violin. I always liked it, tried learning at school but my parents said I sounded like crap and to stop it, so I had the privilege to play the violin for a day.
I've heard people who have just started Violin, it's not like piano or guitar, when you start it does sound shite. However, those people I'm talking about are now amazing and I play with them quite a bit. Determination is a key, but if your parents said to stop then I guess you have to. :)
Ha I did sound crap, unfortunately I was given 10 minutes to become a professional.

Determination is key like most things, Been playing guitar for about 8 years now, playing anything from classical to death metal.

What are your tastes?
Classical as you said, but I also like 'inspiring' movie themes. My wee list of tunes to do/have done:
Piano pieces:
Eddie Cochran-Summertime Blues.
Glenn Miller & The Modernaires - Chattanooga Choo Choo
The Johnny Otis show - Willie and the hand jive
Phuong Medley - Green Pastures - https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hiDrA8A30wY&client=mv-google
Moonlight Sonata: http://www.8notes.com/scores/1754.asp
Leave No Man Behind- Hans Zimmer 🎹🎶
Transformers - Arrival To Earth 🎹
Honour Him - Pacififc theme
Band of Brothers theme tune
Finnally, Red Baron film soundtrack.
Yourself?
(Sorry for long list haha)
Drums, Guitar, Bass, I can fake a keyboard ok. I like to play death metal and punk rock.

Clarinet, Piano, and Bass would be the main ones. I can do other instruments as well, though not to a 'proper' level. I generally prefer classical, especially romantic, but I'll play anything. One of my favourite pieces to play would have been Joseph Horovitz's Sonatina for Clarinet and Piano - the third movement is very fun to play: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3GaiurYx7Xw
