Cardiff is the capital of Wales...

Then again I was considering applying to MIT. I doubt I'd get in but it would be nice to go there... Expensive though; I think I'm going to apply for King's College... they do a whole semester on Operating System design :)

Speaking of which, I installed Minix on QEMU today :P

I do; that's why I was considering it and that;s the reason I put "Then again...". I was saying "Then again; I was considering going all the way to America, so I guess going from somewhere else in the UK to Wales isn't that far".

I would still like to go to MIT. I wonder if Richard Stallman still works there...
I'm gonna go to Amsterdam one day and visit ast and tell him Minix is awesome. I downloaded and installed it on Qemu yesterday; I plan to use it to learn.

What, Bjarne Stroutstrup? That'd be cool... I'd love to know where Ken Thompson and Dennis Ritchie live; then I can pester them about UNIX for hours.

Speaking of which, Wikipedia almost certainly says so... and they most probably work at universities... :)

No idea. Finland is to the East of the Scandinavian mountains (and therefore technically not in Scandinavia -- I'd say it's in Eastern Europe). Wales is to the West of the UK.

So they're not even close to each other.

Also you are going to America?

Probably not; but I'd like to. Where roughly do you live? What state?

Not move, just visit America in general. I've been before, but of course, only to Disney World :P

I have good memories of Florida and would like to see more of America. I'd also like to visit Canada and Mexico.

I went to Florida once, but we took a horrible van, it was blue and one of the windows was missing, so there was a piece of plywood over it, I don't mind having a sign that says Jesus Saves, but when you spray paint it on a piece of ply wood and screw it to the van, it was a little less than evangelical.But (thank God) we sold it and got a bumper sticker, and now I'm happy.

It depends. I don't know how to do it on windows but on Linux you can set up LAMP (Linux Apache MySql PHP) and then test your PHP files by opening them in your web browser.

Alternatively you could look for a free webhost.
