C++.com Website Performance Issues

Anyone else having massive perfomance problems with the forum? It sometimes takes me 15 minutes just to get a page to refresh or post a reply from both home and work. I'm also getting this:

PAGE UNAVAILABLE [error code #21CDB]. Please, try again in a few minutes. If the error persists, please notify [e-mail]

Very rarely. I've gotten that message twice before, but right now I'm not have that error.

I'm not getting it right now but I did a little while ago (I think we all did).

There were some occasional massive slowdowns, but right now I've got reliable performance.

Never really had a problem with this site, it's one of the best forums around.
