Has anyone read the Art of Computer Programming (Donald Knuth)

I have owned the three volumes for around 4 years - started reading volume 1 which has some really great information - historical stuff like the origins of the word algorithm - and it has exercises to stretch the reader. I really like this work, but have not yet had the discipline to go through it all. If i could do that i know i would have a real deep understanding of many important computer science topics as well as assembly programming. It is just getting into the frame of mind.
Would anyone here be interested in a group dedicated to studying and working through these volumes? We could perhaps set up a Usenet or google group to do this if the interest was there...then get great discussions on the topics / problems presented. This has not been done before on a large scale so it might be worthwhile.
