Lol isn't it ironic that

Iphones, Ipods, and Ipads have their app code written in XCode, when it is based off of C++, which is harder to get on Macs.

What I suspect the OP is saying is that he wants to develop on a non-Apple platform for the iProduct, but he can't because you need to have a Mac to do so according to Apple's official line.
