Get up and refill your glass of ice water whenever it gets empty.
exercise. Go for a run/swim/bike to refresh your body and mind.
I get up as often as I can at work. Be it a short trip to the tea point or a wander outside somewhere. Anything to stretch my legs a bit.
At home I would, as Need4Sleep points out, just go do some exercise. Basketball if I've got the time, a quick jog if I haven't.
